Driving Services wins contract

DRIVING Services has won the tender to supply National Driver Improvement Courses for drivers who are involved in accidents in North Yorkshire.

The scheme is offered to drivers who would normally be prosecuted in court for their involvement in accidents and includes a half day theory focusing on driver behaviour and hazard perception, followed by two half-day driving sessions with an approved driver.

Doug Jenkins, managing director of driving services, said: 'North Yorkshire Police recognised the need to have a service provider that could deal with the everyday issues as well as providing first class training.'
