Lex retail sell-off set to net £90m

LEX Service's sales of its remaining 32 retail motor sites and four car repair shops to Pendragon completed on March 31, are expected to bring in £90 million, chairman Sir Trevor Chinn told the company's annual meeting.

The sell-off allows the company to focus on Lex Business Services, RAC Motoring Services and Lex Vehicle Marketing.
