Saxo engine in new C3

CITROEN has launched a new entry-level model in the C3 range, using the 1.1 litre petrol engine found in the Saxo.

The C3 1.1L is priced at £8,495 on the road (retail customers can take advantage of £500 cashback offered until the end of September), and includes four airbags, power steering and central locking as standard.

The new model offers fuel consumption of 47mpg on the combined cycle and produces carbon dioxide emissions of 143g/km, while it will cover the 0-60mph sprint in about 15 seconds.
