Tyre rebranding

TYRESERVE will be renamed AA Tyre Fit from Monday as the company increases its integration into the AA.

The change has been made as Tyreserve becomes further linked to the AA's infrastructure, using its investment capabilities and expertise. General manager David Goodyear said: 'It is our stated ambition to become the UK's largest car tyre distributor by 2007, and renaming ourselves AA Tyre Fit will greatly help us to realise this goal.

'The AA brand is familiar to and trusted by fleet and private motorists alike. We are tapping into its marketing power to push the business forward at an even greater rate than we have since the AA bought Tyreserve six months ago.'

He also reassured fleet customers that there are no plans to change the structure of Tyreserve, and it will continue with the same management team at its Coventry headquarters.
