Executives at Bynx Europe, which describes itself as a business solutions provider to the vehicle fleet and leasing industry, say the two companies will share their combined expertise. JATO Dynamics provides data and analysis of the automotive industry.
Bynx Europe managing director Mark Binks said: 'The partnership marks an exciting development for both companies and strengthens our positions in the marketplace. Bynx and JATO already share major vehicle fleet and leasing customers in Europe including GE Capital Fleet Services and ING Lease.
John Waring, European sale director at Bynx, said: 'We are finding that, as the market gets more sophisticated, customers are looking to deal with organisations that provide all the solutions.'
