A MAILROOM equipment supplier has out-sourced the fleet management of its 430-vehicle fleet.

Neopost, which supplies equipment across Europe, awarded the contract to Leasedrive following a tender and eventually chose the group partly for its web-based fleet management system.

Roddy Graham, commercial director at Leasedrive, said: ‘Using our online solution Drive:Manager, we will be providing a total fleet management service covering more than 230 company cars. In addition, Neopost has more than 200 cash-allowance drivers.’

The new contract in which Leasedrive opens its books to customers covers client policy advice, vehicle acquisition, disposal, maintenance, rental and driver management.

A ‘total and open disclosure policy’ means that Leasedrive generates its income only from monthly management fees.

David Riley, financial director at Neopost added: ‘Leasedrive won the contract because of the quality of its people and its exceptional web-based fleet management system. We were impressed by its experience and expertise.’
