What challenges have
you faced in the past six months?
The challenges have been learning about the fleet industry as this was new to me, also adapting myself to working on my own and in the field, as I have previously been used to being office based.
What has been the best part of the job?
Meeting customers, enjoying the new challenges of the role, in terms of learning about a new part of the business, understanding customer’s needs and building relationships with my customers.
Are there any issues that you wish you’d handled differently?
None, I have been well supported by my colleagues and manager and wouldn’t change anything.
