The Peugeot Fleet Service National Pricing Programme is offered to fleet and leasing customers through 250 of Peugeot’s dealerships across the UK.
As well as a collection and delivery service which aims to reduce vehicle downtime, the programme comes with a software package which allows vehicle details to be inputted. This enables the fleet manager to identify the particular car’s service schedule, the cost and time involved and also the price.
It can also be integrated into the Epyx 1link fleet management software.
Adrian Mossop, fleet and national accounts aftersales manager at Peugeot, said: ‘This service will enable fleet operators to quickly identify the correct service for any Peugeot, including cost for repair, time and parts required.
It will also provide the user with a very competitive fixed price for the job and save further time and money by reducing repair authorisation rejection rates and help budget controls.’
To accompany the new programme, Peugeot has also introduced a Fleet Service Promise, comprising a priority booking service, while-you-wait service on certain repairs, courtesy car and a valet service.
