Wise quits Manheim

FORMER Kwik-Fit executive Mike Wise has quit his job at remarketing company Manheim weeks after taking up the role.

Wise joined Manheim in June as group sales director. Before that, he was responsible for European sales at fast-fit company Kwik-Fit.

A statement issued by Manheim said: ‘His decision was taken for personal reasons and the company does not consider that it will have any impact on its business. This was a newly created role and the company still has a full complement of senior executives and sales directors.’

It added that until a replacement is found, Manheim chief executive John Bailey will caretake the role.

Wise was unavailable for comment.
