VT takeover

CUSTOMERS of VT Software Solutions, the company behind Tranman software, are being told it is ‘business as usual’ following its takeover by software and services group, Civica.

VT Software specialises in fleet and asset management systems, in particular for social housing, local government, emergency services and defence markets.

Commenting on the £3 million takeover, Aidan Rowsome, managing director of VT Software Solutions, said: ‘The change in our parent company will not affect our contracts with customers or the service we deliver –Civica is committed to building long term relationships with our clients.’

Civica has also entered into a partnership with VT Group to develop joint opportunities within the defence and emergency services markets.
