VEHICLE processing and logistics company Paragon Automotive has bought the share capital of QEK (UK) and its parent company VAM (UK) for an undisclosed sum.

QEK supports automotive manufacturers and retailers with a range of services from fleet management and planning to events and remarketing and was previously owned by US company, QEK Global Solutions.

The firm will continue to operate under the QEK name in the short-term. Managing director Jim Olexa said: ‘The combination will allow Paragon to move into new market sectors.’
