RAA agrees two-year Manheim deal

The Retail Automotive Alliance (RAA) has confirmed a new two-year deal with Manheim to remarket nearly 60,000 cars up to the end of 2008.

The deal will see 10 weekly sales at Manheim Washington, Manchester, Mansfield, Birmingham, Northampton, Bristol, Wimbledon and Colchester for stock including part-exchange and over-age vehicles.

The RAA, which is made up of 22 independent dealer groups, will also use Manheim to train sales teams on selling used vehicles. Light vans and trucks are also covered in the deal and the RAA expects to remarket around 1,500 of these in special sale sections.
