How was your first day in your new role?
Challenging but very interesting as I began to develop a greater exposure to more aspects of the business.

How does the job differ from your previous post?
I spend a lot more time working alongside our corporate clients and liaising with their human resources departments, dealing with various issues and helping to ensure that the car scheme as a whole operates smoothly.

What has been your greatest achievement in the role?
Being able to help resolve problems and keep our clients’ employees happy.

And your greatest challenge?
Learning how to step away from my old role.

How is fleet management changing?
It is becoming very much more of a human resources initiative, with particular emphasis on improving recruitment and retention of drivers.

What is your favourite holiday destination and why?
Anywhere hot and sunny would suit me at the moment.
