Phone penalty

Nearly 70% of motorists think that the penalty for using a hand-held phone while driving should be tougher, according to research by headset supplier Jabra.

“Drivers must remember that if they have to use the phone, they should do it hands-free,” said Andrew Doyle, Jabra sales director.
