Describe your fleet
We have 50 vehicles, including two commercial vans. The car fleet is split with about 10 purchased cars and the rest leased.

What are you working on at the moment?
I am working on reducing costs – the accountant side of my job – and sorting out new contracts for a number of cars which are due for renewal shortly .

How did you get into fleet?
I have always had an interest in cars, so when this job came along, it was too good an opportunity
to pass.

Would you recommend a career in fleet?
Fleet is a good career to be in – it’s always changing and always interesting.

What would make your job easier?
My life at work would be easier if drivers didn’t have accidents, always used the cheapest fuel and never got any fines! But then, that would make it less interesting.

What is your favourite holiday destination?
Hawaii – such a beautiful place, colourful and romantic.
