The new "Citroën Vans - Business Class" programme encapsulates the future form and direction of Citroën UK's commercial vehicle strategy, which is focused on delivering an outstanding level of customer service and the widest range of state-of-the-art LCV products available.

The "Citroën Vans - Business Class" programme is designed to provide Citroën LCV customers with:-

  • Even greater levels of professional service, through the Citroën Business Centre network
  • Environmentally respectful, fuel efficient vehicles, utilising Citroën's Euro 5 programme (see separate release)
  • A better equipped range of LCVs, with Enterprise range-topping and other range-expanding models
  • The Citroën Trafficmaster LCV package for lower running costs and higher levels of operational efficiency

Citroën dealers have played a key role in helping to build the Company's LCV sales success. During 2011, Citroën UK will continue to work closely with its dealer network to ensure that sales and aftersales service standards rise in line with customers' requirements.

Citroën has made a major commitment to enhance customer sales and aftersales support, across Europe, to attract even more customers to the brand. A key element in achieving these objectives is to provide all fleet customers, irrespective of fleet size, with even higher levels of specialist support.
