Vauxhall strengthens fleet aftersales team

Vauxhall has appointed Ian Dugdale as its Fleet aftersales development manager.

Ian is field-based and will be working alongside Andy Boocock, Fleet Programmes and Systems Manager, to develop and promote the Vauxhall Aftersales offering to its fleet customers.

For the last 10 years, Ian has worked for a top 50 contract hire company where he was responsible for most areas of the business including managing Aftersales, fleet management and customer care.

Ian is also a fully qualified motor vehicle technician and has previously worked within both Vauxhall Retailers and independent workshops. His role will be to increase Aftersales part sales to self-maintaining fleets, as well as improving service retention for Vauxhall Fleet Aftersales.

Andy West, Vauxhall aftersales director, said of the new appointment: “We’re delighted that Ian has joined our team and will be helping us to retain and grow the Fleet Aftersales business with both existing and new customers.”
