Online reservations tool gives disabled motorists improved access to adapted vehicles for hire

Adapted Vehicle Hire (AVH) has launched an online reservations tool making adapted wheelchair and accessible vehicles available at the click of a button.

Customers simply log on to www.adaptedvehiclehire.com to make their reservation, including specifying any vehicle adaptations they require.

“Our new online booking facility makes us the only national adapted car hire provider to give disabled motorists instant access to specialist vehicles” explained Lorraine Farnon, managing director, AVH.

“It offers secure payment facilities using Visa and MasterCard, making it easier than ever for people to enjoy the benefits of our specialist vehicle hire service.

“Customers can select the type of vehicle and specify adaptations, dates required and pay for the booking all in one transaction. They will then be called by one of our specialist team, who have a detailed understanding of the various adaptations available for our fleet, to confirm their requirements and make the final arrangements. The website also features news and hot deals.”
