Gray Dawes clients now have access to a complete end to end solution for booking business trips and claiming associated expenses through gdbookonline, Gray Dawes’ online travel management and booking system. This service is provided through a partnership with KDS, an international provider of integrated travel and expense solutions, and The Trainline.

Furthermore, expense management is fully integrated with the travel booking system, and is now available on mobile platforms – iPhone, Android and Blackberry – enabling travellers to fill in their expenses wherever and whenever they choose, and giving supervisors the power to approve or reject expense claims on the go.

Gray Dawes have chosen to join the KDS partner programme. This programme brings a unified approach to selling and implementing full end to end solutions for the Corporate Traveller.

Suzanne Cockburn, ceo of Gray Dawes, commented: “We are delighted that this positions Gray Dawes at the forefront of online development providing a seamless integrated booking and expense management solution for our clients.”

Gray Dawes chairman Lord Inchcape added: “This truly demonstrates Gray Dawes’ focus on balancing technology with traditional values for the benefit of our client portfolio.”

“KDS are proud to welcome Gray Dawes as the latest member of our growing partner programme,” stated Oliver Quayle, KDS’ VP of Product Marketing. “Together we provide a comprehensive end-to-end travel and expense solution which adds real value for our clients, and which we believe to be ahead of anything else in the market today.”
