Autoglass scoops ITM award

Autoglass has scooped the title of ‘Automotive Glass Supplier of the year 2011’, an accreditation awarded by the Institute of Transport Management (ITM) to mark the company’s excellence in customer service, quality of management and innovation.

The awards are central to the Institute’s practice and recognise excellence in the transport industry each year by using extensive research and accreditation programmes to recommend specific companies to its membership and affiliated institutes worldwide.

The ITM’s executive committee undertook research into the ‘Freight Services’ industry to ascertain which companies were providing the most comprehensive services to the market.

Each company was judged on its range of services: growth and achievement, IT, specialist services, innovation, quality of management, geographical reach and customer service.

Matthew Mycock, managing director of Autoglass, said: “We are proud of our staff who have made this award win possible. Our team continue to make the Autoglass brand what it is – respected and renowned in the market.”
