TaskMaster Companion aim to reinvent affordable mobile workforce management

Mobile computing specialist TBS Enterprise Mobility has announced a new product to complement its TaskMaster Enterprise Mobility solution. TaskMaster Companion can be used by fieldworkers on a wide range of smartphone and tablet devices.

Steve Reynolds, managing director of TBS Enterprise Mobility, said: “We’ve innovated with evolving mobile technologies to create a framework for cross-platform solutions.”

TaskMaster Companion’s TM Studio workflow configuration tool offers quick set-up and over the air deployment of smartphone and tablet workflow applications.

“User experience was a key focus in developing TaskMaster Companion,” continued Reynolds. “It has resulted in a clean new design which complements the operating systems of all modern smartphones and tablet devices.”

By using TaskMaster Companion, fieldworkers can be empowered with a tool for simply conducting tasks on their own smartphones, reducing infrastructure and hardware costs.

Many people use personal technology such as laptops, mobile and tablet devices, for purposes of their employment. TaskMaster Companion enables businesses to take advantage of this technology for task-based work, the company said.
