Chevin Fleet Solutions has announced the promotion of Becky Nash to the position of business support manager. 

Nash joined the fleet software firm in September 2002 and worked within the company’s sales and marketing department. Tasked with organising client events and surveying customer satisfaction levels, Becky quickly built up strong relationships with Chevin’s 300 strong customer base.

Chevin’s support department operates from the UK headquarters in Belper, Derbyshire and acts as a first point of contact for customers in need of technical advice or troubleshooting.

Nash will be playing a vital role in the department and is charged with reviewing service level agreements, driving up standards relating to response times and taking a strategic approach to day-to-day tactical activity. 

Commenting on the new appointment, Ashley Sowerby, managing director of Chevin Fleet Solutions said: “Becky has contributed a huge amount to the business over the last ten years and has proven herself to be a capable and loyal member of the team.
