Accident management company Easi-Drive is extending its business hours to cope with increased demand and to improve its customer service.

The company, set up in 2001, is now open for business until 8pm Monday to Friday.

It follows on from a decision in January to open on Saturdays which has been well received by customers.

Director Gareth Berry said: “Reaction to opening on Saturdays has been so good it was a natural step for us to open for longer during the week and try to help those who need to contact us outside normal 9-5.30 office hours.

“The move underpins our commitment to understanding the needs of our customers and continually improving what we offer.”

He continued: “Last year we helped over 12,000 drivers following road accidents. We appreciate that we need to be available at the convenience of clients to help with claims, and these extended opening hours allow this.”

Despite a static marketplace due to a 25% reduction in road accidents in the UK, Easi-Drive continues to buck the trend and is thriving. It extended its facilities in the South last year and has increased its workforce by 12% in the last quarter.

Berry concluded: “As a business we are in a fortunate position. Our focus going forward is all about investment in the business, infrastructure and our people, in a bid to be the best in the industry.”
