Siemens takes delivery of sales fleet

Siemens Building Technologies has taken delivery of seven Volkswagen Passats to be driven by their sales team.

The new vehicles have been supplied by Solihull-based leasing experts Fleethire.

Matt Haynes, commercial operations manager at Siemens, said: “We were looking for a vehicle which had excellent fuel economy, low CO2 emissions but was still able to deliver a good level of performance and the Passat ticked all of those boxes”.

Tim Brooks, the subsidiary’s business head, said: “Our relationship with Fleethire will go beyond leasing vehicles.

“We are keen to work with them in partnership to manage our duty of care obligations and reduce our fleet risk. We look forward to further expanding our relationship in the future.”
