Suzuki is aiming to strengthen its presence in the fleet sector with a production version of the S-Cross concept car unveiled at the Paris Motor Show.
Executives confirmed a production car based on the S-Cross would arrive on the market toward the end of 2013, and will be targeting customers of cars such as the Nissan Qashqai, Ford Kuga and Mitsubishi ASX.
Although the S-Cross is a concept, the finished product is likely to look similar although the vehicle’s name is yet to be announced.
The production car will be offered with a range of petrol engines as well as a 1.6-litre Fiat-sourced diesel engine.
