The process starts with optimising your vehicle funding and acquisition methods. Our fleet consultancy teams work hard to provide detailed and bespoke whole life cost analysis of your fleet. This will enable us to ascertain the best funding method, or often a mix of funding methods, across your whole fleet portfolio on a vehicle by vehicle basis. We will carry out detailed and impartial whole life cost analysis and then find the best solution on a vehicle by vehicle basis. More than 63% of our customers adopt a mixed funding approach which is well above industry averages. By finding exactly the right approach, we can significantly reduce your costs.
Then we continue to manage down expenditure throughout the vehicles’ life. There are thousands of transactions which take place through the cycle of a fleet and by closely controlling each step we provide cost effective and fully outsourced fleet management. Central to this is that we manage all of our core services in-house, which is unusual in our industry. This includes maintenance, accident management, vehicle hire, vehicle administration and disposals.
