Volvo selects Paragon as fleet management partner

Volvo has awarded Paragon a contract to manage its press and events fleet, its company vehicles, short-term fleets and used car programme.

Paragon has undertaken extensive training and Volvo product familiarisation, with its account teams and drivers enabling them to experience the new Volvo models first hand.

Paragon’s Intellifleet, which is an integrated service offering fleet sales support, will aid Volvo in supporting the sales process by identifying prospects, managing customer contact and supporting the field sales teams, while measuring the return on investment within its fleet.

Intellifleet also provides analysis, individual insight and recommendations to impact sales strategy

Selwyn Cooper (pictured), national corporate operations manager at Volvo, comments: ‘We’re very excited to be working with Paragon and the opportunities it presents and we’ve been very impressed with the hard work shown by Paragon to date to get the contract up and running.

“Paragon’s commercial approach and its offering including I-Demo, I-Press, and the ability to see all our data via I-Sight and Intellifleet enables us to work efficiently and focus on what’s ultimately important – sales.”

Judy Ward, group account director at Paragon Automotive, said: ‘We’re delighted that Volvo has chosen to work with Paragon. Volvo is focussed on driving greater value from its considerable fleet investment and we have a number of initiatives in place to meet their objectives."
