Employee and customer engagement provider Grass Roots has introduced Zenith’s salary sacrifice car scheme to its 700 UK employees.

Grass Roots is a ‘Sunday Times Top 100’ mid-sized company to work for and has a strong focus on its own employee engagement.

Grass Roots identified that a salary sacrifice car scheme could add significant value to its employees, its existing reward package and help it continue to be a great place to work.

The most popular car ordered within the first few weeks following launch has been the Ford Fiesta (pictured).

Ian Metcalf, fleet manager for Grass Roots said: “We were looking for a salary sacrifice and fleet provider who could not only deliver our own salary sacrifice car scheme but whom we could recommend to our own customers.

“We previously worked with Zenith through the implementation of the Santander car scheme systems and were also introduced to them by Santander Corporate Bank.

“ Zenith’s expertise in both fleet and salary sacrifice was important in our decision to partner with them and the company was selected due to their high quality offering, leading fleet software and extremely knowledgeable individuals.”
