New or used, vans regularly serviced by an authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealer are protected by MobiloVan UK. Even if they miss a service, cover starts again with the next regular service by an Authorised Dealer, and runs until the next service is due. For up to thirty years in total.

From repairs to rail fares
There’s “cover” and then there’s “Mercedes-Benz cover.”

MobiloVan UK starts with Roadside Assistance. In the event of a breakdown or failure to start, our trained technicians will do everything they can at the roadside to get your van moving. And for repairs of up to £130 it won’t cost you a penny.

If a roadside repair’s not possible, your van will be recovered to the nearest authorised Mercedes-Benz service partner. And then there are a number of options to minimise disruption to the working day: like returning the repaired van to the driver, or providing a temporary replacement van. We can put up driver and passengers in a hotel, or cover travel expenses from the Mercedes-Benz Dealer to wherever the driver needs to go. Or we’ll pay for a return journey by plane or rail for driver and passengers.

As well as MobiloVan UK, we offer our Service 24h roadside assistance service, with qualified Mercedes-Benz technicians available throughout the UK and Europe, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The current average attendance time is 55 minutes, with a current roadside fix rate of 85%.

But whether you use Service 24h or MobiloVan UK, when a roadside fix isn’t possible we work as hard and as fast as we can to get your van back in business. Opening times at our nationwide network of 90 service points average 97 hours a week, (including Saturdays), with over a third of workshops open 24 hours a day, and over 90% operating at least two shifts daily.
