Burnt Tree opens 21st branch in Southampton

Burnt Tree has opened a new rental branch in Southampton, becoming the company’s 21st branch in the UK.

The branch, on a 1 acre site on Millbank Street in Southampton, is one of the largest of the company’s 21 locations.

Branch general manager Barry Dean said: “On our opening day, we had over 50 assorted vehicles available for rental from the branch and it is our plan to expand the business to such a level that we are looking to operate over 500 vehicles from here within the next couple of years.”

At its new Southampton branch, Burnt Tree has a full range of vehicles for rental, ranging from cars and light vans right through to accessible buses, rigid trucks and artics, as well as some of the latest state-of-the-art refrigerated trucks from the company’s national Refrigerental truck rental fleet.

The site has a two-storey office block, full workshop facilities and substantial on-site parking.
