Craig Bithray has been appointed as general manager of the Paragon operations in Corby and Thurleigh.

The two sites handle the refurbishment and volume PDI of more than 80,000 vehicles a year for the UK’s leading manufacturers.

Commenting on the appointment, Steve Stanger, group operations director at Paragon Automotive, said: “Craig has done an exemplary job in driving industry leading levels of quality and efficiency during his time as GM at Corby.

"His new role creates opportunities to leverage efficiencies across both sites for our customers and share learnings to improve quality.”

Corby is home to Paragon’s ‘centre for excellence’ which it claims will set new standards for customer service in the fleet industry. The six figure investment is a key part of the company’s growth plans and will create 12 jobs.

The new centre will provide a single point of contact for dealers and fleet operators. By centralising operations and investing in new technologies, the move will enable the customer service team to develop a deeper understanding of each customer’s brand, product and contract requirements.
