Travellers can now book Addison Lee journeys through the Concur Travel platform, and automatically link an e-receipt to their expense report.

With over 120,000 trips booked a day using Concur Travel around the world and Addison Lee’s fleet of 4,800 vehicles, Concur claims the system could 'transform' booking and expensing travel.

Available as an ‘App for my Business’ from The Concur App Center, the new ‘Direct Connect’ service will provide Concur customers with an effortless way to book ground transportation, with all journeys simply priced – fares and tolls included – no meters and no surprises. The e-receipt service means travellers don’t need to collect a written receipt after the journey and, using Concur on web or mobile, can  complete and submit an expense report.

Addison Lee’s 17,000 corporate account clients will also be able to benefit from Concur’s world class expense management, by linking their Addison Lee and Concur accounts. This will enable E-receipts to be auto-generated for every Addison Lee booking, for management of expenses via Concur.

Isabel Montesdeoca, enterprise managing director, Concur UK said: “Our chief focus at Concur is making the lives of business travellers quicker and easier, eliminating the challenging and stressful parts of a business trip and increasing the visibility of spend for the business. In that spirit we are delighted to offer Concur’s customers the chance to book a journey with Addison Lee – a best-in-class car service – through our online booking tool.”

Liam Griffin at Addison Lee added: “As Addison Lee continues to extend its footprint globally we are committed to finding new and innovative ways to connect with our customers. This latest partnership with Concur will benefit our existing account users and also provide us with direct access to a pool of regular travellers, making it easier for them to use our services.”
