Three million vehicle milestone reached for 1link Service Network

Three million cars, vans and trucks are now registered on Epyx’s 1link Service Network e-commerce platform.

Introduced in 2003, it is now used by hundreds of fleets to manage and process servicing, maintenance and repairs bought from around 18,000 franchise dealers, independent garages and fast fits.

Although primarily based in the UK, it has also seen widespread adoption in France, Australia and Portugal.

Kyle Truman, head of marketing at Epyx, said: “Over the last decade, 1link Service Network has become one of the most important tools used by the fleet industry to manage costs and service standards.

“However, it is also an unusual product in that, through our customer forum and other channels, it has continually evolved thanks to not only its creators but also to its entire user community.

“Therefore, hitting the three million vehicle milestone is a cause for celebration for everyone who has been involved in the platform.”
