Chargemaster creates North and Scotland division

Chargemaster has created a new dedicated business division to serve the North of England and Scotland.

Alexandra Prescott will head up the new operation, to be based in Newcastle.

Chargemaster North will service customers in the North East and North West of England, as well as Scotland.

Prescott has been appointed Managing Director of the new operating division having previously been instrumental in the formation of Charge Your Car, in her position as operations director.

Prescott brings with her extensive experience in managing CRM and back office systems, and has some 5 years of experience in supporting the growth of electric vehicle charging infrastructure particularly in the North of England and Scotland.

David Martell, CEO of Chargemaster, said: “As our business continues to experience major growth in the UK, we want to ensure our customers in the North of England receive the best possible service and therefore have formed a dedicated business unit - Chargemaster North. We are thrilled that Alexandra will be joining us to head up our new business and bringing with her an expansive set of skills and experience.”

Prescott added: “It is great to become part of the Chargemaster family. The company is leading the rollout of its British-made infrastructure to support the UK’s growing electric vehicle market and it is very exciting to be part of its continued expansion.”
