Fleet Alliance has been rated top for customer service by fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles in the annual Experteye customer satisfaction survey.

The award was presented to managing director, Martin Brown, at a ceremony in Mayfair.

The event covered nine different Experteye fleet and automotive award categories in total.

Fleet Alliance’s Fleeteye CSI honour was based on results obtained throughout 2014 from Experteye’s  post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, who asks an extensive range of questions on a six-monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

“Fleet Alliance’s customer satisfaction ratings have been extremely impressive over the last year,” said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye.

“All results are based on independent feedback we receive from their customers, making them deserved winners of our award for best customer service to fleets up to 250 vehicles."

Fleet Alliance has just reported a fourth successive record year in terms of fleet size, revenue and profitability following a  successful 2014, and now has a fleet size of 18,209 vehicles under management on behalf of business customers, following growth in both the SME and mid-corporate sectors of the market.

Fleet Alliance managing director Martin Brown said: “We pride ourselves on our levels of customer service and this award is further testimony to the hard work, efforts and endeavours of our customer-facing staff who are committed to ensuring we deliver on our service to customers.”

This latest honour continues a series of successes for Fleet Alliance in a variety of business and industry awards.

“We have had an outstanding 12 months in terms of recognition for the company, and this latest accolade is the icing on the cake,” added Brown.
