Multifleet Vehicle Management Ltd is a fleet management company that has seen exponential growth over the last 6 years. The business now manages some 21,000 vehicles on behalf of more than 1200 businesses the length and breadth of the UK.
Significant systems investment has positioned the business as one of the most forward thinking, advanced fleet solution providers in the UK.
Exciting plans are afoot, with new products, services and ground breaking online systems all under development. In particular, the business is expanding into the fleet funding market, and is expecting to enter the FN50 within 18 months.
To consolidate this growth and prepare the business for further expansion, we are inviting applications for the position of Sales Support Executive.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a confident, performance driven individual to join a young, vibrant organisation leading change in the fleet industry.
The successful individual will play a pivotal part in our success by being involved in all aspects of managing our customer portfolio and new prospect opportunities
Deliver inspirational sales and target achievement; proactively managing and growing our existing customer portfolio.
Identify business opportunities with new prospects and develop solutions to win the business.
Build, develop and manage excellent business relationships with existing and potential customers.
Up-sell tactical stock and cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
Support account managers and assist with any business opportunities for new or existing customers.
Work towards pre-defined targets and key performance indicators to achieve volume, margin and income targets.
The successful candidate would benefit from industry experience, although this is not essential and will have the following skills:
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Ability to build work as part of a team.
Skilled at building strong, lasting relationships with customers
Having a “customer first” approach is essential
Ability to negotiate effectively at all levels
