New MD at Lombard Vehicle Management

Simon Recaldin has been named as the new managing director of Lombard Vehicle Management replacing Stuart Houlston, who moved to a new role in April.

Houlston, who had run the company since January 2009, is now director of change delivery (interim) at RBS.

Recaldin has extensive experience of Lombard and LVM, having spent the last 20 years of his career in a number of different senior roles across the business.
