Pendragon Contracts has launched a daily rental IT platform, which it says will provide a more cost-effective solution for customers.

It is offering customers the opportunity to access a fully secure web based branded system bespoke to their needs that manages the full rental process, provides total cost control and delivers real-time tailored reporting.

The service can be set up in a number of ways, dependant on a company’s requirements; for centralised management within a department or conversely devolved booking to cost centre or even driver level, with built-in authorisation levels to retain total cost control.

The online platform provides access to a broader network of vehicle suppliers and specialist fleet, virtually guaranteeing delivery on all vehicle types within four working hours.
