Mazda will show a smaller capacity Skyactiv diesel engine at the Geneva Motor Show, as well as a concept car offering clues to the next Mazda2.
The Skyactiv 1.5 D engine is expected to be offered in the Mazda3 later this year, and could also feature in larger models.
The engine will be exhibited alongside the current 2.0-litre petrol and 2.2-litre diesel.
The Mazda Hazumi, like previous Mazda concept cars, is expected to resemble how the final production version will look. The next Mazda2 is expected to be seen later this year.
