Autoglass has been rated as one of the best companies in its sector in the UK for delivering high quality customer service during 2014, according to figures released by the Institute of Customer Service.

In the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index, consumers rated the service provided by Autoglass at 80.2 - the top organisation within the services industry.

The UK Customer Service Index is the result of 39,000 responses from more than 10,000 individual customers.

The survey highlights that customer expectations continue to rise and convenience and speed of service are becoming more prominent.

Prior to this, Autoglass has received several awards for its customer service, including the Fleet News supplier of the year award and securing a place on the Business Superbrands list compiled by The Centre for Brand Analysis.
