Fleet software company Chevin has formed an implementations team designed to enhance the process of getting new systems up and running.

The four-strong unit is headed by Steve De Launay, who said: “It is our task to ensure that all key aspects of implementation for our core FleetWave system are carried out as efficiently as possible including data migration, reports, key performance indicators and more.”

Managing director Ashley Sowerby added: “A smooth implementation process is one of the areas where customers really notice the impact of good service. The new team will help to make the job as effective and fuss-free as possible.”

The other members of the four strong implementations team are Lisa Simpkins, technical trainer; and Rizwan Bashara and Scott Earley, both junior implenters.

Chevin has also been enhancing its implementations capability in the US with the appointment of Jennifer Tanner as project manager.
