Zenith has secured eighth place in ‘The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For’ list 2015, in the ‘mid-sized’ company category.

The Leeds-based company’s position was announced at an awards event held in Battersea.

Zenith has also been accredited with a ‘3 Star’ Best Companies 2015 rating for having ‘extraordinary’ levels of engagement.

Zenith began taking part in the Best Companies engagement surveys in 2011 when it was categorised as a ‘One to Watch’ by the workplace engagement specialists. Each year since, engagement has grown.

In 2013 and 2014, Zenith achieved a ‘2 Star’ accreditation and in 2014 it entered The Sunday Times top 100 list for the first time, at number 80.

Marisa Jerrison, human resources director for Zenith, said: “It is amazing that not only have we ranked in the top 100 list for the second year running but that we have achieved such a high position. This is a great reflection of the emphasis placed on our culture at Zenith.

“It shows that everyone’s hard work to build a fantastic company, with a huge focus on employee happiness and engagement, is paying off.”
