Fleets, manufacturers and suppliers can now enter the 2022 Fleet News Wellbeing Award, sponsored by Cox Automotive.
The award, launched last year in memory of the much-loved James Davis, recognises the important work carried out by employers in the fleet sector to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of their staff.
The closing date for entries has now passed. Thank you to all those who submitted entries.
Programmes could include offering supportive networks, training, health initiatives, engagement of teams and a clear commitment to a vision and strategy that promotes wellbeing across the business.
Last year’s winner, Arval UK, was recognised for its comprehensive and structured approach to staff wellbeing that incorporated a vast array of initiatives and programmes.
Staff testimonials summed up what this award, and the winner, are all about.
One said: “I’m so lucky that my company has caregiving at the heart of its culture – it really makes a difference, knowing someone is thinking of you.”
Another, commenting on a health and happiness initiative, said: “I had given up running, I just didn’t have the motivation, energy or desire. Since this challenge started, I’ve got out there. I love the energy it’s giving me; I finally feel my mental health is in a much more positive place.”
Now it is your chance to share the outstanding work your company has done by entering the 2022 Wellbeing Award.
The FN50 dinner will be held at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London on November 1.
Table bookings are now being taken.
It will reveal the FN50 listing, the annual guide to the largest leasing companies in the UK. Also featured will be a detailed analysis of the state of the fleet industry, the Fleet News Hall of Fame, manufacturer reliability awards and the annual FN50 leasing customer service awards.
