Enterprise Rent-A-Car has opened a new branch in Bicester creating six new jobs, three of which are for graduates on the Enterprise Rent-A-Car management training programme.

Responding to increased demand for business and consumer rental services, the branch will provide local companies and residents in Bicester and the surrounding region with access to Enterprise’s fleet of cars and light commercial vehicles through a range of daily, weekly and longer term programmes.

The site adds to Enterprise’s growing network of more than 420 locations throughout the UK and brings additional transportation options closer to Bicester, as the company’s nearest branch was in Oxford.

Enterprise has employed local firms to create the signage for the branch as well as for ongoing site maintenance.

Neesha Khela, Enterprise’s regional manager for Oxfordshire, said: “Bicester is a town with immense opportunity for businesses and also sits at the centre of a major housing development plan. That means more people and companies that need to stay mobile, whether hiring a vehicle for an important journey or requiring a replacement if their own car is being repaired.

“This new site represents an important expansion of our branch network, which relies on being just down the road from everyone who might need a car or van.”
