Fleet News is launching a new fleet industry event on the afternoon of the FN50 Dinner in London on November 7.

Automotive Revolution will provide a top-level overview on the key issues and challenges that will impact senior executives within the automotive sector in 2018 and beyond.

The half-day seminar will bring together a panel of speakers from key industry and government bodies from across the transport sector.

Already confirmed is Stephen Joseph, executive director of the Campaign for Better Transport, who will look at the impact of devolution on UK transport policy, as regional bodies look to create smart and sustainable cities.

Steve Yianni, former chief executive of the Transport Systems Catapult, the UK’s technology and innovation centre for intelligent mobility, will assess how consumer attitudes to vehicle ownership are changing.

Other speakers will consider the likely impact of Brexit negotiations on the UK economy and imminent changes to the fleet landscape.

Further details will be revealed in due course. For now, put the date in your diary: November 7 at Park Plaza hotel in London, starting at 1pm, followed by the unveiling of the FN50 contract hire and leasing analysis at the FN50 Dinner in the evening.
