Chevin has recruited a new support team leader, bolstering its drive for customer satisfaction.

Amjad Razak joined the fleet software provider, which has achieved 30% growth this year, to oversee an in-house team providing dedicated support to its customers.

Peter Ormsby, Chevin operations director, said: “We are delighted that Razak has joined us, bringing with him a wealth of relevant knowledge and proficiency gained through his experience as a team leader within the software sector.”

Chevin has has continued to strengthen its customer-facing team alongside its ongoing expansion.

In May, Chevin also hosted UK and US-based ‘user days’, to help share best practice and generate customer-led ideas for future developments and software enhancements.

Ashley Sowerby, Chevin managing director, added: “2016 to date has been a very successful year for Chevin; we have grown, expanded and taken on new staff to support our global operations.”
