Drive Software Solutions has appointed Albert Kato as sales executive mid-market.

Kato, who started his career with Peugeot in Australia, joins Drive from Canadian-owned cloud-based HR software company Halogen Software where he was inside sales manager EMEA, a role which saw him develop the group’s group business and sales strategy.

Prior to this, Kato was business development adviser with Indonesian plant and heavy equipment leasing giant PT Chas which supplies plant, vehicles, logistics and asset management services to the oil and gas sector.

In this role he was involved in high-value oil and gas drilling equipment transportation project sales and tender negotiations with some of the biggest names in the oil industry.

At Drive, he will work with the Drive Professional Services team which deliver consultancy and support the implementation process.
