SG Fleet has signed-up to ICFM’s new corporate investor programme as an affiliate investor, enabling the organisation to participate in ICFM events and gain access to resources.

The aim of the programme is to raise the standards of fleet industry professionals and overcome any possible skills and knowledge shortages.

SG Fleet’s commercial director Chris Salmon said: “This is an excellent opportunity to participate and support the ICFM in its quest to further enhance training and educational standards within the vehicle fleet management arena.”

“There are numerous benefits for SG Fleet in joining ICFM as an affiliate investor. They notably include mirroring our own objective to promote the highest standards of customer care and support and the advantage of being associated with an organisation of the ICFM’s calibre, which can provide credible and valuable best practice guidance on a wide range of fleet-related topics.

“Through ICFM, SG Fleet will also provide advice and information on key fleet management and funding issues.”

ICFM’s sales director Peter Eldridge said: “We hope that many other businesses will clearly see the value for money benefits of membership and the training and learning opportunities available and then enrol their employees in the various courses and attend our events, whether that be the ICFM’s annual conference or its masterclasses tackling key fleet decision-maker issues.

"Investment in ICFM adds credibility and value to businesses and their employees and provides an invaluable network of contacts and benefits.”
