ELCOM Information Services, the Berkshire-based technical services organisation, has outsourced its fleet of 130 cars to BCH Vehicle Management. The deal will see BCH taking over responsibility for such aspects of fleet control as servicing, risk management, accident management, exception reporting and fuel usage.

'We have chosen the outsourcing route as we recognise that this is a cost effective way of dealing with our fleet administration,' said Dugald MacNeill, assets manager at Elcom. 'We have built up an excellent working relationship with BCH and so the choice of outsourcing firm was obvious.'
