Nationwide's decision to use Audatex throughout its network, follows similar moves by Elite Repair Services and Motorcare. Currently in use at almost 1,000 UK bodyshops, the Audatex system is approved by nine major insurers and eight leading car manufacturers.
DRIVEMASTER has launched a new Audatex-based service for insurers and fleet operators who want to manage their own insurance claims while outsourcing the repair process. Bodynet provides an audited repair network of 220 bodyshops and offers a like for like vehicle replacement vehicle, fleet parts discount and guaranteed nationwide labour rates. The service operates via a 24-hour freephone helpline with services purchased through a fee per card system.
